Target Audience
- Doctoral candidates of the third-party funded EU project “DONUT”
- Doctoral candidates in the "Computer Science and Data Science" department
- Doctoral candidates with an interest in Brain-Computer Interfaces (BCI)
- Cooperative doctoral candidates affiliated with the department
Key Program points
- Lectures and hands-on workshops led by experts in the field
- Networking opportunities with professionals and fellow doctoral candidates
- Poster presentations by doctoral candidates showcasing their research progress and challenges, followed by feedback and support from experts and peers
Doctoral Poster Presentations
Poster Requirements:
- The poster must present the doctoral candidate’s own academic contributions, ideas, plans, challenges, or research problems
- It may include elements of previous research (e.g., published papers, dissertation chapters, defense materials), but this is not mandatory
- It must include open-ended sections focusing on future plans, possible directions, challenges, and methodological or theoretical questions (e.g., sections “Challenges Foreseen” or “Help Appreciated” )
Presentation Format:
- Poster presentations will be conducted in 90-minute parallel sessions, allowing for discussion and feedback
- Presentations will be held in person
- Posters must be in English
- Posters must follow the format: DIN A0 (841 × 1189 mm), portrait
